How Owner Financing Works
Enabling Land Ownership WITHOUT Banks Or Credit Checks!
At Country Mile Land, owner financing is easy!
We use a Land Contract (also called a “Contract For Deed”). The Land Contract allows you to repay the loan in installments while Country Mile Land holds title to the property. NO banks are involved, and no credit check is required!
During the note's term, you may enjoy the property for recreation following County code and applicable covenants. We only require that you not live on or improve the property while the note is paid off.
Once the loan is paid off, Country Mile Land transfers the title to you by recording a signed, notarized deed with the County.
After we hand you your recorded deed, the property is ALL YOURS, and you can pull permits to start building or keep the parcel in its pristine state. The choice is yours!
